We undertook a comprehensive renovation project that began with a detailed design process. This included developing concept mood boards, spatial layouts, and custom design details tailored to the client’s needs. The scope covered the redesign of office spaces, washrooms, reception area, and the outdoor garden.

Our design goal was to create a more open, airy, and modern workspace. One of the key concerns from the client was the feeling of a cramped and cluttered environment. To address this, we introduced frameless glass partitions for the managerial offices, enhancing transparency and light flow. The rest of the office was planned with an open layout, incorporating storage planters that served dual purposes—providing subtle spatial demarcation and reducing desk clutter by integrating functional storage.
Modern furniture selections further contributed to a refreshed, spacious, and contemporary office atmosphere. We collaborated with Selemani Construction for the implementation phase, ensuring the seamless execution of the design vision.
Phase 1: Site Visit & Consultation
This initial phase involved understanding the client’s needs, assessing the existing space, and defining the project’s scope, budget, and timeline. The key issue identified was the cramped and cluttered feeling of the office.
Phase 2: Design Development
This phase focused on creating a design to solve the space issues. Key activities included developing a new open floor plan, selecting modern materials and furniture, and creating 3D visualizations. The main solution was using frameless glass partitions to improve light and transparency.
Phase 3: Project Implementation
This phase was about bringing the design to life. It involved demolishing old structures, installing new elements like frameless glass partitions and custom storage planters, and renovating the washrooms and reception area. This phase also included the installation of new furniture and landscape improvements.
Phase 4: Completion & Handover
The final phase included a quality check and a client walkthrough. The team documented all installations, provided maintenance guidelines, and handed over the transformed space to the client. The result was an open, modern, and professional workspace with improved functionality.
